Session fees
The fee for each session is $150 and sessions last 50 minutes.
Payment is requested at the time of service or within 7 days of receiving a monthly invoice.
Insurance
I am an authorized Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice provider.
Sliding Scale
Sliding scale fees will be considered upon request

Accepted forms of payment include; major credit cards, debit cards, cash or check
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Insurance companies do not pay for cancellations or missed visits; therefore, patients who use insurance will be charged the full session fee for missed appointments. Appointments missed or cancelled due to illness will not be charged. Private pay patients will also be charged the full session fee for cancellations and missed visits not due to illness.
